Terms of Service

1. Operator and service

Chemistry HUD is operated by Wang Hanmin. Contact humminwang@gmail.com for support, billing or policy questions. These terms apply to chemistryhud.com and the Chemistry browser extension. By using the service, you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Adults and authorized use

You must be at least 18 years old. Only analyze conversations between adults that you are authorized to access and submit for processing. You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions and complying with applicable law and platform rules. Protect your account and do not share authentication credentials.

3. What the signals mean

Chemistry uses AI to estimate patterns in selected conversation text and unsent drafts. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. Scores do not establish feelings, intentions, consent or future outcomes and are not professional advice. Review results yourself and respect other people's boundaries. Chemistry does not send messages on your behalf.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Available plans, prices and usage allowances are shown on the pricing and account pages and at checkout. Paid purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. Monthly subscriptions renew and are charged each month unless canceled before renewal. Creem processes purchases as merchant of record; review the price, currency, taxes and payment terms shown at checkout before paying. You can manage and cancel an active subscription through the billing portal linked from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period, subject to remaining allowances and these terms. Contact support if you cannot access billing controls.

5. Refund requests

For a billing error, duplicate charge or service problem, contact support with your account email and order identifier. We review refund requests individually with our payment provider. Cancellation does not itself issue a refund. Nothing in these terms excludes refund or withdrawal rights that apply under mandatory consumer law.

6. Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit and must have the rights required to use it with the service. You authorize processing of that content to provide the requested analysis, as described in our Privacy & data policy. Do not submit content you are not authorized to share.

7. Availability and enforcement

The service is in early access. Features may change and outages or third-party platform changes may interrupt analysis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or any interpersonal outcome. We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, security risks or violations of these policies. You may contact support to ask for a review of an account restriction. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Changes and contact

We publish updated terms on this page with an updated date. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account email before they take effect. Contact humminwang@gmail.com with questions or to stop using the service and request account deletion. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests.
